When you call SporeSpex, you’re calling me.
I know that calling someone about mold or indoor air quality usually means something has raised a concern, and sometimes that concern comes with a fair amount of worry.
My job isn’t to add to that worry. It’s to help you find answers.
I created SporeSpex around the belief that you deserve to feel heard, cared for, and informed throughout the entire process. That means taking your concerns seriously, giving your property the care and attention it deserves, and taking the time to make sure you’re never left guessing.
As a NORMI Certified Mold Assessor and NCCI Certified Contents Inspector, I bring professional training to every assessment. Just as importantly, I understand that behind every property is a person, family, business, or decision that matters.
As someone who lives and works here and is part of this community, it’s important to me that every property I’m trusted with—and every family or business behind it—receives the same care and attention I’d want for my own family.

Our role is assessment and testing—not remediation. We identify and evaluate concerns, help determine what may be contributing to them, and provide the guidance needed to address them appropriately.
If we identify a concern, we’ll help you understand it and what comes next. When the evidence doesn’t support the concern that brought you to us, we’ll help you lay those worries to rest.
When remediation is necessary, that work is handled by a separate professional, allowing us to remain an independent set of eyes throughout the process.
Our focus is you. From identifying the concern through post-remediation verification and clearance testing, our role is to verify that each item outlined in the remediation protocol has been addressed, the necessary work has been completed, and the affected areas have been returned to Condition 1.
